I can't find a date but they were established in 1887 and they proudly proclaim they have been manufacturing mouldings for half a century - so I'd say 1937ish sounds good.
I would describe the condition of the catalogue as Good. The content is stunning (see pics).
I particularly like the crossed out telephone number - Bishopsgate 1283.
